Alex's passion for building and commitment to high quality work sits at the heart of Locksbrook Renovations.
Having graduated Royal Holloway, University of London, with a degree in Law, Alex decided to take the leap into a trade. He worked in London, primarily, for one of the best landscape firms in the business. His experience of building is mainly in the hard landscape field, completing on projects ranging from £5,000 - £1+m. Alex was part of a team who completed 2 medal-winning builds at RHS Chelsea: a gold and silver-gilt. Further to this Alex was selected to compete in the national final of an internationally recognised trade competition.
He has worked in Bath and Bristol coordinating tradespeople, managing complex projects and doing what he loves; delivering work to a high standard with attention to detail across the board.

Sam grew up in Bath, however his introduction to construction was while at the University of Sheffield studying Archaeology & History, where he underwent several years of training under a local decorating company specialising in high end residential work.
Under this company he carried out a wide range of residential and commercial work, incorporating aspects of various trades, and gradually built up a portfolio of his own clients.
Sam then relocated back to Bath where he started Gridley Decorating Services Ltd, which quickly grew taking on several other members of staff to handle the workload, and began branching out into project management and coordinating larger renovations with other tradespeople.
